Star Wars Galaxies: Test Center Forums: New Rules

[Drill Sergent] Vass stopped by the forums to infor..erm... to debrief everyone on the new rules for the test center forum!

There have been a number of posts in the TC forum as well as PM's sent to me concerning the number of issues that are found on TC but are pushed to Live regardless. Others have complained that their posts regarding important issues are going unnoticed. I am taking it upon myself to help reduce occurrences of these problems. My main focus for SWG has always been to track down and solve issues, so let's do that.

[B]Effective now:[/b]
1) Any post that is hateful or is not constructive will be deleted or locked. I will not usually give reason for this (mostly because I don't have that much time), but if you feel that your post has been unjustly locked/deleted, please PM me and I will explain asap.

2) Do not post asking why your post was locked/deleted. These posts will fall under (1).

3) "Constructive" covers a wide variety of things, but be warned that a constructive post with the conclusion "That's why you're an idiot, Player_01" will likely be deleted.

4) Posts that I do not agree with will be deleted. Wait... I mean they will NOT be deleted (I got carried away there) as long as they are "constructive".

I want everyone that reads and posts on this forum to continue to enjoy it and find it to be a useful medium. Honestly, this is not a task that I am looking forward to; however, it appears to be needed to make this forum become an effective way to make SWG a better and more funnerer game. And that's what I hope to accomplish.

In all seriousness, I understand the reasons for the changes. I would hate being yelled at by people all day too, even if it could be my fault.
