SciFi Channel to Feature Reality Gaming Series

The SciFi Channel is set to launch a new reality gaming series called WCG Ultimate Gamer. Set to debut in March, the show will pit players against one another in both the virtual and real worlds. Check out the official word below:

This is the official announcement of Sci Fi Channel's new reality competition series, WCG Ultimate Gamer, set to air in March. It's a new spin on competition realty where the players will be tested in real world challenges inspired by best-selling game titles (Guitar Hero, Halo, Project Gotham Racing etc), compete in the video games themselves, and ultimately must avoid elimination in head-to-head battle in an arena filled with hundreds of spectators.
