Star Wars Galaxies: All Current Customer Service Tickets To Be Purged

Due to the overload of current open customer service tickets, which mostly consist of problems which have already been fixed, the Customer Service Crew has decided to purge all open customer service tickets. The reasoning behind this is that the current CSR's (and the players,) would rather have time to work on current problems, rather than ones than can be fixed by quitting the game and logging back in. If you current problem hasn't been fixed, then feel free to submit your ticket again.
