Star Wars Galaxies: Debut of Wookiee Walkabout!

[b]SWG Warcry[/b] is proud to welcome our newest staff writer, [b]rben[/b], and announce the debut of his new column, Wookiee Walkabout, in which he will explore such weighty issues as vendor maintenance and why wookiees don't wear pants:

Balancing a game like this is very difficult. One of the great generals of the past said, "No plan ever survives its first encounter with the enemy." A similar saying for this industry might be that "No game ever survives its first encounter with the players." Players will always find ways to do things in the game that the designers never conceived of. Lets face it, the poor game developers are badly outnumbered, tens of thousands to one.
