In an effort to better serve our Star Wars Galaxies customers, we would like to request that everyone submitting a customer service (CS) ticket please keep a few things in mind:1. Please submit a ticket only if you have an actual in-game issue you need assistance with. In-game CSR's cannot report bugs, answer technical questions, assist with account or billing issues, or help with any feedback or ideas you have about SWG.
2. If you do have an in-game issue, please be sure to submit a ticket using the appropriate categories and subcategories that best describe the issue you are having. This will greatly assist us in helping you in a timely and efficient fashion.
3. Please submit any game bugs you encounter by using the /bug command in game rather than submitting a CS ticket.
4. If you have feedback or ideas about Star Wars Galaxies, rather than submitting a ticket, please go to http://www.starwarsgalaxies.com and click "Contact Us" in the left sidebar. From there, click "Submit Feedback". This will ensure that your thoughts and suggestions go directly to the SWG Development Team.
5. For technical, account or connection issues, please go to http://www.starwarsgalaxies.com and click "Support" in the left sidebar. From there, click on the heading that best describes your issue.
