Here's what Cz had to say about the problem:

The Shadowlands update is postponed until we can fix an organization bug that kicks people from organizations, and would thus be devastating to have on the live servers.

We've rolled test-live back to how it was before this bug surfaced, and have added extra tracking and loggin on the servers to nail the bug.

Right now, we're analyzing the data from the logs, and hope to have the bug nailed today.

There's currently no ETA for when the update will happen on the live servers.
