SOLRAIN CORE (TRI-FP) - Two members of the Octavian Intelligence Agency (OIA) and one Quantar official were arrested in conjunction with coordinating an attempt on Governor Phelix Cormonra's life, set to take place later today.
Suspected ringleaders of a Phoenix Rising sect within the Octavian Intelligence Agency Ali Krum and Taryn X'al were arrested this morning; the roundup also included Quantar TriPoint economic advisor Canton Arlnni.
