Laser Sword

Requires 1 power from Power Armor or 2 non energy building powers from any framework

Melee Particle Damage

Laser Sword creates an energy sword in your hand for rapid attacks against the enemy.

* Single target particle damage
* Applies Particle Acceleration to the target
* Particle Acceleration increases the damage of next attack on the target.
* Particle Acceleration reduces the energy cost of the next attack.
