Anarchy Online: Old Athen Restoration Project kickoff!

The Old Athen Restoration Project is the restart of an old populace driven event to fix up the rubble and Omni propaganda seen in Old Athen. The old one didn't succeed but many people have come together because we believe it is time to try again. Not only that but many of the cities defenses are also lacking and need upgrading, not to mention Old Athen really needs to feel more like a central city of the Clans, not of Omni-Tek.
