Hurrican Isabel may have an effect on customer support (there are Funcom offices in North Carolina), as the launcher explains.

As many of you know there is a hurricane just off the east coast of North Carolina, U.S.A. With support offices in North Carolina, we will be keeping an eye on the storm. Our employees safety is a top priority. Currently all is well, but in the very near future it could mean delays on getting answers to petitions and emails. We ask that you please be patient.
