Final Fantasy: A night in the country.

As we approached the lighthouse we were attacked by several beasts and easily drove them away. The crab would not be so easy. As we drew the crab out Blazed provoked it and then the battle began. Unfortunately Blaze was knocked out cold by the powerful beast, but in the end we destroyed the creature and returned the clock to its rightful owner. One would think this would be enough adventure for my new friends but it was only the beginning.

Libby informed the group that she was on her way to Windurst. Myself and Blazed asked if we could tag along. After she informed of us the distance and length of the trip we decided to get started. The first part of the journey was easier then I expected. Blazed used his large axe and Libby her spells to destroy any beasts that got in our way. About a third of the way though the beasts began to get much stronger. We fought several lizards that almost destroyed us all. By luck we were able to be victorious and even gain some much needed experience.

With the help of several other parties we were able to make it to the town of Selbina. Next thing I know we are boarding a boat? Libby failed to mention this part of the journey but we had came this far, what was a little boat ride. The seas are just as unfriendly as the lands, making the mistake of going on deck we met with a creature from the sea. The creature made short work of all aboard.
All three of us woke up on the shore of Selbina and had to wait for the next ship. Luckily the next trip we had some powerful warriors with us who were able to keep the sea creature at bay.

Arriving at Mhaura we exited the ship and headed overland towards our goal. We were able to defeat several bird warriors and some goblins. I received a valuable prize from one of the goblins, a fishing pole. I think Blazed was a little miffed that I won the pole but he took it all in stride.

Arriving at Windurst our party dispersed. All were tired but we did remember to exchange information where we might adventure together again. I should have done like my new friends but I was still wired from out adventure. After wandering around for a bit I found a bait shop. Great, now I could try out my new pole. I actually caught something before retiring to write these notes!

Overall I would say I had a great night. I find myself far from my home of Bastok but I have made two new friends and I know that I have many adventures ahead of me.
