Jumpgate Evolution: Router troubles plague US Server.

Our colocation provider advised Netdevil at 12:30 MDT Sunday 21 Sept that the router used to provide connectivity to all Jumpgate game machines for US, including JOSSH, was in a failure state. Netdevil employees were in the office when this message was received and we are attempting to work with our provider to diagnose the hardware failure and get the servers back in communication with the Internet again.
