Star Wars Galaxies: Test Center down for large update

Vass dropped by the forums to say Test Center is down for a LARGE update! Could that be this months huge patch/publish? Could this mean the end of act I of Cries of Alderaan? I guess we will find out soon, as Vass also mentions he will be posting the notes for the patch sometime soon!
