Asherons Call: Ibn Speaks on Recent Server Woes

[i]As many of you are already aware, there have been a number of server issues recently, which have led to subserver outages and world restarts. Morningthaw has been most impacted by these issues, but Harvestgain and Darktide have also been affected.

I don't have any specifics for you at this time, but I did want everyone to know that we are aware of them and are working with Microsoft to resolve them as soon as possible.

These server issues have also caused a large number of characters to become "stuck saving". If this occurs, you will be unable to log onwith this character and you will receive the following error message: "A save of this character is still in progress, please try again later."

If you experience this problem, please log in with another character and use the Urgent Assistance button. Please include in your message the name of the character that is having the problem. You will not receive
an immediate response, but your problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

If you are on Darktide and are having this problem, it may be useful to log in to one of the NPK worlds and report it there. The issues on Darktide have frequently been accompanied by difficulties in tracking
the reports.

We apologize for any other problems that these server hiccups may have caused and we thank you for your patience.
