Stargate Worlds: Developer Filing for Bankruptcy

After a financially turbulent year, Stargate Worlds developer, Cheyenne Mountain Entrainment, will be filing for Chapter 11 in hopes of debt restructuring and the continuation of the company. The bankruptcy announcement was preceded by the shareholders filing suit in Arizona against the company's former chairman Gary Whiting, "alleging various wrongdoing against the company."
