Asherons Call: Rollback info on SOTN

The State of the Network now has a bit more info on the current (for some) server downtime, as well as on the rollback:

Morningthaw, Darktide, Wintersebb and Harvestgain are currently down for emergency maintenance. There is currently no ETA, though we are working hard to bring the world up ASAP. Due to this unexpected maintenance, there will be a rollback of Morningthaw and Harvestgain character information from last night at approximately 12:00am

(While no time zone is given for the rollback, since everything else on the SOTN is usually listed in Pacific Time, it's a safe bet that's the case here.)
